Shipping & Returns
You may return many of our items within 20 days of delivery for a full refund as long as you obtain a Return Authorization from us. Eligible items must be new and in their original packaging. This includes all parts, documentation, and receipt or packing slip. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Any item returned that is not defected is subject to a 25% restocking fee and you will not be reimbursed for return shipping.
We do have many items that are made to order. These are our Special Order Items. Special Order Items are not eligible for return or refund. Any Special Order Item or items from certain manufacturers that are not eligible for return or refund will be indicated on the product’s description page. If there is a defect on your Special Order Item please contact us immediately so that we can take steps to resolve the issue.
On items that are approved for return, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Free shipping is offered on orders of $200 or more.
We ship to most physical addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to residential areas.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. We do have many items that are Special Order and require lead times. This will be indicated on the product’s description page.
Once your order has shipped you will receive a fulfillment email with the tracking information. Some of our items are stocked and shipped by third parties so it is possible for an order with multiple items to ship from different locations. In this case, you may receive separate fulfillment emails for each delivery.
Because of the nature of the products we carry, many of our items are shipped by freight carriers. For free standard standard freight delivery, our shippers will deliver to an appropriate address. The freight carrier reserves the right to exclude any residential delivery address that is not safe for their trucks. In the case that the ship to address is not accessible by freight truck, the customer will be responsible for all additional delivery charges such as ferry fees, etc. the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery. If you are unable to make the scheduled delivery, please call the shipper in advanced. There will be a redeliver fee charged by us on behalf of the shipper for up to $200.
Our suppliers do take great care in packaging their goods however damages may occur in transit. Please inspect items carefully BEFORE signing for your delivery. If your items arrive with any damages please note all damages on the bill of lading before signing for the delivery. Any damage must be communicated with the shipper at the time of delivery.
